Jan 1-7 2023 Fitness Log

Checking off day 7 of my fitness log for 2023 with a 3.5 mile run in the sun! The extra weightlifting circuits this week seem to have really helped with my running endurance. No better inspiration than setting realistic goals and seeing actual progress.

Week 2 will be more of the same: strength and cardio, mixed with stretching and balance, and focus on nutrition density.

Dusted off my runner’s legs
and found some joy outside
Grateful for ice-free trails
This oldie setting the pace nicely
Sweating buckets after cardio
Working on shoulder and back strength
Colorful meals
Water and snacks
And rest days because I’m human
